Autor jest magistrem prawa Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego. Do jego zainteresowań naukowych należą: ogólne prawo administracyjne, prawo ochrony środowiska oraz prawo publiczne gospodarcze. Podczas studiów działał w Kole Administratywistów UJ oraz w Kole Prawnej Ochrony Dóbr Kultury TBSP UJ.

The author holds a Master's degree in Law from the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. His research interests include: general administrative law, environmental law, and public commercial law. During his studies, he was an active member of the Administrative Law Society of the Jagiellonian University and the Society for the Legal Protection of Cultural Heritage of the Student Legal Association of the Jagiellonian University.
