The article outlines the essential problems arising on the ground of new provisoins of Criminal Code which were amended over one year ago and which regulate the expanded forfeiture and the forfeiture of firm. The author draws attention primarily to the dissonance of these regulations with the principles lex severior retro non agit and cogitationis poenam nemo patitur.
