The author shows that vaccination against COVID -19 financed by the government under the National Immunization Program is not a medical experiment. The article explains what Conditional Marketing Administration means, what are the legal consequences of using vaccines in accordance with the Summary of Product Characteristics and why Phase IV clinical trials are not a medical experiment. Moreover, it is pointed out that there is no connection between the introduction of the provisions on compulsory third party liability insurance for the entity conducting the medical experiment and the National Vaccination Programme.
