This article deals with the issues of professional secrecy in a civil trial. Against the background of a civil trial, this issue is very important because in the civil trial there are no provisions that explicitly indicate the obligation of professional secrecy as in the case of mediators. We have here a collision between normalizing the principles arising from the code of ethics and the right to refuse to answer the question. Many issues related to this problemwere analyzed in the study.
