The author analises the concepts of the evidence obtained in the criminal trial respectively by the investigative authorities and the private party as well as the concepts of the official documents and private documents. The ranges of these concepts are different and cannot be identified as one. The document issued by the authorities can be classified as the private evidence whereas the private documents can be presented as the evidence by the investigative authorities.
