Discussed here are two judgments of the European Court of Human Rights regarding the application of the European Convention on Human Rights in cases of lawyers as victims of violations. The judgments relate to penalties for alleged defamation of judges and to a breach of legal professional privilege by copying lawyers’ electronic files.
