The paper contains polemical comments on the text by W. Studziński concerning the possibility of a guardian ad litem using the representation of a trainee advocate and the right to appoint an attorney or a substitute. The author disagrees with the view that a guardian ad litem has such a possibility and presents arguments for the opposite view.
