Pedophile hunters are groups of people who arise from the bottom up and whose aspiration is to retain people who engage in sexual relations with minors under the age of 15 via an ICT system or telecommunications network and media exposure of their catch to prevent harm to minors. Their activity raises doubts of a criminal law nature, in particular in terms of provocation, civic detention, exhausting the features of various prohibited acts and evaluation of grooming attempts by the fished. The aim of the study is to notice them and refer to the general standards of substantive and procedural criminal law.
