A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. In 1981-1990 - a research and didactic employee at the Department of Theory of State and Law of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. In 1984-1988 - legal apprenticeship at the Bar Association in Lublin, completed with a bar exam in 1988. In 1991 - scholarship holder of the Canadian Bar Association and the Government of Canada, trainee at the Ministry of Finance (Department of Privatization) in Ottawa; in 1996-98 - participant of the Training Program in European Community Law - Brussels; 1998 - professional internship in the Netherlands, organized by the Netherland Helsinki Committee and the Netherland Bar Association - Intership Program on The Rule of Law, Democracy and Human Rights. Participant and co-organizer of many legal conferences - national and international (participation in conferences of the International Bar Association - Section on Business Law - Prague 1991, Paris 1995, Durban 2003, Lisbon 2005). Koordynator ELENA / ECRE in Poland (1997-2002) - participation in seminars in Strasbourg, Paris, Dublin and Prague. Lawyer practice: 1989-1991 - member of the Lawyer Team No. 10 in Lublin, 1991-2002 - Kancelaria Adwokacka - P. Sendecki, from 2002 - managing partner in the "Lawyer Partner Company - P. Sendecki and K. Drozd - lawyers", and then in "Sendecki, Drozd, Piątkowski - adwokaci - sp.p." in Lublin. The practice of lawyers includes providing legal services to companies and providing legal assistance to individuals. Specialization in civil, commercial, financial and family law (property aspects), criminal (mainly in the aspect of economic and fiscal crimes) and in the sphere of international protection of human rights (representing clients in proceedings before the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.) In 1992-2001 a member of the Presidium-Treasurer and Training Manager of the District Bar Council in Lublin, and Dean of the District Bar Council in Lublin since 2007. In the 2001-2004, 2004-2007 and 2007-2010 terms - member of the N The Supreme Bar Council in Warsaw In the years 2001–2007 a member of the Presidium of the NRA - the Treasurer (responsible for property and financial matters of the bar), and then the Vice President of the Supreme Bar Council. In the years 2003–2010 Chairman of the Human Rights Commission at the NRA. Author of publications on the protection of human rights, theoretical and legal issues, issues related to the activities of the bar association and journalism. Member of editorial committees and program councils (Polish Legal Review, European Law Foundation). Arbitrator of the Arbitration Tribunal at the Polish Olympic Committee since 2007.
