A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration and the Faculty of History of the University of Warsaw (both diplomas with distinction). Author of several dozen publications on the bar and various areas of law in Poland and abroad. He completed an internship abroad with the German law firm Boden Oppenhoff Rasor Raue in Cologne (1992). Founder of the office and partner in DTW. He specializes in competition law, intellectual property law, product liability as well as in court and arbitration proceedings. From 1992, he represented the interests of over 100 Polish and foreign producers and distributors in court, arbitration and administrative proceedings, including in the food, automotive, electronics, construction, clothing, chemical and pharmaceutical, publishing and entertainment industries. Member of the International Trademark Association (INTA). In 2001-2003, he was the President of the Competition Law Association. Recommended lawyer in the field of industrial property law, intellectual property and copyright in the 'Rzeczpospolita' rankings in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 and in the "Forbes" ranking in 2007, 2009 and 2010. Recommended in the field of intellectual property law in the ranking "Legal 500" and in litigation in the "Chambers & Partners" ranking in 2011. Entered on the list of arbitrators in the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce and in the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Confederation of Private Employers "Lewiatan". In 1995-2013 a member of the District Council Attorney in Warsaw and deputy dean of this Council from 2007 to 2013. Member of the editorial boards of the magazines Monitor Monitor and Palester.
