The author is assistant professor (adiunkt) at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, Department of Civil Law, an advocate (Council Bar Association in Warsaw), member of The Warsaw Bar Association and i.a. arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce.
