The author is a doctoral student at the Doctoral School in the Social Sciences - Legal Sciences at Jagiellonian University, pianist, mechatronic engineer, master of law, academic teacher (Jagiellonian University, Catholic Academy in Warsaw). He is a principal investigator and scholarship-holder of many research grants. He participated in numerous scientific and research visits, incl. in: Swiss Institute of Comparative Law in Lausanne, Institute of Max Planck for Comparative and International Private Law in Hamburg, Oxford University, Free University of Berlin, European University Institute in Florence. He is a graduate of the American Law School of the Jagiellonian University and the Columbus Law School in Washington, as well as European and International Economic Law at the University of Augsburg. He worked on a voluntary basis, among others at the Legal Clinic of the Jagiellonian University, providing legal advice to the poor. He completed internships in reputable law firms.
