Anna Tetkowska
The author is an advocate (District Bar Association in Warsaw). Since 2010, a regular member of Stowarzyszenie Inżynierów Doradców i Rzeczoznawców SIDiR. Coauthor of the translation into Polish of the Conditions of Contract for Design, Build
and Operate Projects (first edition in Polish 2010 based on the first FIDIC edition in English from the year 2008). Currently, she attends doctoral seminars at the Faculty of Law, SWPS Uniwersytet Humanistycznospołeczny in Warsaw and prepares her doctoral thesis in the field of copyright.
