Problems related to aesthetic medicine procedures is an important issue for the legal assessment of the situation of people who undergo such procedures. The evaluation of the judgment under consideration, from the point of view of not only the jurisprudence practice, but also of the rights of persons who have undergone aesthetic medicine procedures, is of great practical importance. Two legal problems were raised in the vote. The first concerns the legal scope of the patient as a subject of aesthetic medicine, based on the rules of law interpretation. The concept was analyzed through the prism of medical law in the context of aesthetic medicine procedures without a therapeutic purpose. The second problem is the attempt to organize the conceptual grid used not only in the judgment under appeal, but also in the jurisprudence of courts and legal doctrine, in particular such terms as, aesthetic medicine, plastic surgery, cosmetology and cosmetics.
