The review presents the most significant and recent Supreme Court decisions, which are of a great practical value. The first part contains a review of the Supreme Court’s jurisprudence in the following period of time: since late June to September 2020. The second part contains comments on particular rulings concerning: 1) the issue of acquiring the right to a parking space located in a multi-car garage which is a part of the common property (the Supreme Court was trying to assess whether such a contractual right, that was not effectively established, but had previously been disclosed in the perpetual book, could be acquired in a good faith – together with the ownership of separate premises and with the share in the common property), 2) admissibility that in a case of bodily harm or a health disorder, the injured party may demand the costs of gratuitous care effectuated by the relatives, 3) application of Art. 124 sec. 1 sentence 2 of the bankruptcy law in the event of declaring consumer bankruptcy of one of the spouses remaining in the joint property of spouses.
