The entry into force of the Act from 14th April 2006 on sales suspension of State Treasur’s Agricultural Property Recources and changing some acts which has altered in a significant way regulations of the Act on shaping the agricultural system have also lead to far reaching changes in terms of agricultural properties turnover. The regulations of these normative acts also apply to judicial enforcement proceedings. Nevertheless, the legislator did not introduce appropriate modifications in regulations of the act – Code of Civil Procedure what in practice can lead to disparities in the verification procedure of potential agricultural properties’ purchasers and ANR notifications.
