This article was dedicated analysis phenomenon of violence against minors in the light of amendment of the 23rd March 2017 and case studies results. Problems of this type criminality is important because the victims are youngers whose age often didn’t allow educate effective defensive mechanism which constitute reaction on crime, in which victims are minors. Complexity this occurence, does not allow in unambiguous way reduce a problem crime against minors to only one scientific field, so is one of the main social issues of an interdisciplinary character. Statistic data compiled by Polish Headquarters showing that phenomenon of violence against minors successfully decreases, however it worth have in mind also grey zone in which consist all the case of violence, which has not been report law enforcements.
