The subject of the article are the issues concerning admissibility in illegal evidence under the Article 168a of Code of Criminal Procedure. This regulation introduces the admissibility of the evidence obtained as a result of violation of criminal proceedings regulation. However regulation of Article 168a does not exclude the specific regulations of inadmissibility the certain evidence, which means that the evidence obtained against the inadmissibility regulations cannot be admitted and examined in a trial.
