Author explains why psychological evaluation reports written for the court purposes in Polish legal system are not sufficient to find out whether or not a child experienced sexual abuse. Author analyses reasons why during the psychological evaluation certain psychological and behavioral symptoms of sexual disturbance in a child are difficult to observe and identify for a specialist. According to the author court-approved psychologists and/or sexuologists should get through the list of specific questions related to the problem of child sexual abuse.
