The author is a doctor of legal sciences (LL.D.), graduate of law studies, Postgraduate Studies in Company Law and a member of the Department of Philosophy of Law and State Science at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, judge’s legal assistant in the Financial Chamber at the Supreme Administrative Court, she also gained experience i.a. as an attorney trainee, at a state court and international law firm, specializes in the theory and philosophy of law.
